Joey Riot has over the last 12 months made his mark on the UK Hardcore scene. Joey is one of the few new breed DJs who has managed to make his mark with the big boys. Joey recent has vinyl releases on labels like Quosh, Maximum Impact, Bedlam, Hardcore Collections, FBI, Next Generation, Relentless Vinyl and Blatent Beats as well as compilations appearances on Resist's Hardcore Heaven series and Nukleuz's Hardcore Nation amonst many others.
Apart from being an acclaimed producer he is a talented DJ and MC. Recent DJ bookings include rocking the main arena dance-floors of clubs and raves like Uproar (Birmingham), Back To The Future (Glasgow), Total Bedlam (Nottingham), Twisted & Brainfire (Glasgow) and loads more. Joey has also recently MC'd for the likes of Lenny Dee, Seduction, Scott Brown, Marc Smith, Dougal, Sharkey, Hixxy, Bass Generator, Radium, Mark EG, Loftgroover, Kevin Energy and heaps more...
2006 will see the launch of Mr Riot's new label venture with DJ Kurt; Lethal Theory Music increasing Joeys profile even more. Being one of Hardcore's rising stars and being as comfortable behind set of decks or on the Microphone makes Joey a popular choice with promoters and ravers alike.
