Lee first started Djing back in 1998 after getting into the Hardcore Scene back in the summer of 1996. His first gig came at an event called Uprising in Sheffield, Ran then by the legendary Paul-O. From there he played regular at most Uprising nights.

As the years passed he found himself played further a field getting noticed and playing further up north at such nights as Vibealite, Cypher, Species and Defiance.As the millennium came about, Lee was regularly playing as a permanent fixture for these events and after sending numerous demos, Became a resident at the countries then No.1 Hardcore event Future Dance, Located in London. And also became a regular fixture at his favorite event North: Radical Technology.

From then Lee decided to start his own event in his home Town of Sheffield and in June 2001 Bedlam was born. The event ran successfully for just over a year before Lee decided to put all his efforts into production.

Lee`s first try at production came with a studio day With Bri Topgroove, Although the track was not finished, Lee really took to the enjoyment of having your own being created and decided to keep at it, He then booked in future dates with The legendary Dj Devastate who helped lee create some monster Tracks, and set up his own label. Bedlam Records, While also learning him the basics of music production along the way.

Since then Bedlam Records has gone from strength to strength. and Lee’s production also came along with it, along with the help of Devastate and Various others. Releases in the past few years followed on various labels such as his own imprint Bedlam, Hardcore`s No.1 Label Evolution Ran by Scott Brown, The Nu-energy collectives Relentless Vinyl, The massive hard dance Label of the 90`s Nukleuz & imorecords own Destructive Force. He has appeared on various albums such as. Bonkers, Ministry Of Sound, Hardcore Nation, Hardcore Heaven,  Hardcore Underground, Hardcore Reunited and The Hardcore Junkiee`s series in Japan (see discogs here http://www.discogs.com/artist/Lee+UHF )

As his production efforts really took Off, Lee Decided it was time again to resurrect the Old Bedlam Events, Revamping them with the help of long time friend Mc Keyes. And re-naming it Total Bedlam ( www.totalbedlam.com )

The event went on to be a huge success, it was on everyone’s tongue with people regularly coming to the event from Every corner of the UK from Scotland, London, Brighton, Grimsby, Skegness, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol and Wales. With also the odd visit from people as far as France and Holland to just check out what the vibe was that people were talking about.

In the Autumn of 2004 after just a few short months of running, Total Bedlam was named 2nd Best Monthly night in mixmag. And was labeled by many as the Best underground Hardcore night in the country being praised for its work ethic and variety.
Since this time Lee has even traveled abroad for many gigs including, Spain, France, Denmark & Ireland and also played the entire span of England, Scotland and Wales at some of the biggest and best nights for such promotions as Uproar, HTID, Vibealite, Hardcore Heaven, Slammin Vinyl, Raindance, North, One Nation, True Hardcore, Uprising, Dizstruxshon, Future Dance, Total Bedlam, Absolute Hardcore, Delerium, Innovation, Club Kinetic, Fantast Island, Oblivion, Species, Summer Sensation, Future Vibe, Universal Hardcore, Insomniaks and lots of various smaller and larger events.

As you can see over the last few years Lee has been one of the hardest working talents in the Hardcore scene, and judging by his music, One of the most varied, Not only regularly playing UK Hardcore but also Hardstyle, Hardcore Techno, Trance and Speedcore. All his efforts though were rewarded well with a Nomination for Best Breakthrough Dj at the 2005 Hardcore Heaven Awards (Lee Came 3rd  at the award ceremony)

From here Lee hopes to take his sound further abroad to show the sounds of Bedlam, With Regular Vinyl Releases Exclusively Through IMO and his digital label Doing Exceptionally well. Lee has some very special Projects lined up over the course of the next year or so, So watch this space.
