MC Super-X began DJing & MCing aged 13 and produced his first record "Sound Invasion EP" on Scott Brown’s Screwdriver label aged 17 with long term co-producer Grant Persuazion under the guise of "Hard-Tek." By 1995 the scene was in decline and the guys renamed themselves "Dionysos" to suit the ever growing happy hardcore market at the time. In 1998 the first Dionysos track as "The Underground" was signed to Dougal's Essential Platinum Records and appeared on the platinum selling React compilation album Bonkers 4. That same year the lads were introduced to Sharkey who, acting as A&R for Stage 1000 offered them a publishing deal and the opportunity to work on a track in his studio for a release on Nu Energy Records. Shortly after we were invited to DJ Fades studio by Johnny Go Mental to produce a track for his Go Mental Platinum series which received Single of the Month in Wax Magazines Sept 2001 issue.
